Job Vacancy: Fisheries Officer

The Spey Fishery Board has an exciting opportunity for a new Fisheries Officer, when the present incumbent retires in early May 2021. The principal role of the Fisheries Officer will be the enforcement of fisheries law, to protect the River Spey, its tributaries and coastline from illegal fishing. Working as part of a wider team, the Fisheries Officer will also assist in the monitoring and management of wild salmon and sea trout populations and their habitats throughout the catchment.
