Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 – 15th Anniversary

Today marks the 15th Anniversary of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003. The act was a landmark piece of legislation for Scotland giving the public freedom to access and enjoy Scotland’s natural heritage provided they do it in a responsible manner.
