Fishing around the Forth – July Report It has been really encouraging to hear about the numbers of fish being caught around the Forth and it seems there are a lot more than last season entering the rivers providing good sport for anglers targeting migratories. The trout fishing has also been excellent with many of the rivers producing some large trout 2/3lb. On the River Carron, July certainly came in with a bang.
