August Fishing report Fishing on rivers around the Forth has continued to be above average with many rivers reporting good catches of salmon, sea trout and brown trout. On the Forth, shoals of grilse have been spotted moving through Stirling Council Fisheries beat. One angler had 2 fish within 30 minutes starting fishing one morning and others reporting catches throughout the day. On the Teith at Blue Banks, anglers have been catching a mixture of grilse, salmon and sea trout with one member catching 4 fish one day.
