To support effective collection of information on native fish and habitats, Scottish Fisheries Coordination Centre (SFCC) provides a mechanism for its members to standardise data collection through the development of protocols and databases. Where applicable, SFCC members also adopt data collection protocols developed elsewhere.

SFCC collated a Data Collection Protocols Inventory which is available to members upon request. This resource provides an inventory of relevant data collection protocols and approaches and will be revised and updated as necessary.
