Anti-poaching patrols The fishery protection work of the Fishery Board bailiffs continues throughout the summer and autumn months. Regular patrols of riverbanks and coast take place at all hours of the day and night. This summer there has been excellent cooperation from Police Scotland both in helping with bailiff training and in joining bailiffs on patrol. This close working with our local Wildlife Crime Officer has not only helped the bailiffs but increased Police awareness of fishery protection issues.
