The Institute of Fishery Management is hosting its national conference in Edinburgh this year (3, 4 & 5 October).  The theme is ‘Evidence Based Fishery Management: Improving Knowledge Exchange in Fisheries Science’. Whilst this is a UK-wide event, Scotland’s fishery management sector is well represented on the speaker panel and there are a wide range of interesting and topical issues under consideration and discussion.
