The Scottish Government published Scotland’s route map through and out of the crisis last Thursday which sets out a strategy to deliver the phases by which the COVID-19 lockdown arrangements will be eased. The First Minister has now confirmed that angling is included amongst the outdoor activities allowable under phase 1 with effect from Friday 29 May, and updated guidance on travel has now been produced (see the paragraph on Travel for exercise, recreation and to meet friends and family outdoors).
