The Spey Fishery Board has recently published a revised Strategy and Action Plan. This can be found here. It has also been distributed to all of the Ghillies Huts along the River Spey, to help inform the resident and visiting anglers of the Board’s work to maximise the number of Spey  smolts going to sea.
