Last week was a better week again on the Spey with fish reported from Kinchurdy to Fochabers. Last week’s forecast was well off, temperatures were much higher than I forecast, but the wind was a real annoyance. This coming week will be cooler with temperatures struggling to reach double figures. It will also be wet, with significant amounts of rain Wednesday, Thursday. The tides are building all week. Catches, as I mentioned above a very encouraging week for catches. Gordon Castle had their first of the season, I’m sure if the effort increased so would the catches. 1st fish…
