The weather forecast for the coming week is still showing very little rain, with perhaps 4-5 mm overnight on Wednesday, 4-5 inches might be a little more encouraging. Temperatures remain in the mid-teens but at least it appears to be more overcast. The tides are building all week.   It has been a good year for caterpillars, and Blue tits, it appears seven of the original nine eggs have survived till now and they seem to be close to fledging, certainly a lot more handsome than a few weeks ago.
